The six-step process helps you explore and gain clarity on your values, strengths, and passions, creating a framework to help you build the life of your dreams. It helps you build the confidence and self-awareness needed to make the necessary changes to bring your dreams to life, and provides you with the means to create and implement an action plan to make those dreams a reality.

Session One – Your Hero’s Journey
Your journey will begin with establishing your Life Map. It's an opportunity to observe and reflect on the life you have built, and its associated experiences. It will help you to create a roadmap for your future with clarity, purpose, and intention.

Session Two – Partnering with your Inner Critic
This step of the process is about recognizing patterns and habits that have been holding you back from living your best life. It is about facing these fears and beliefs head-on and understanding why they have been impacting your ability to take risks. Once you gain a better understanding of the underlying causes, you can begin to use tangible techniques to help you let go of these beliefs and fears and start living a life that is more aligned with your passions and truth.

Session Three - Purpose
In this step, clearly identifying your purpose helps you to prioritize the things that are important to you and to stay focused on the goals that you have set for yourself. Knowing what you want and why you want it will make it easier to make decisions and take action in a way that is true to who you are and what you value.

Session Four - Vision
Knowing your strengths and purpose will give you an insight into what kind of life you want to create. You can now use all the knowledge you have gained to set goals that are in line with your personal values and passions. With a clear vision of what you want to achieve, you can start taking action to make it happen. It's time to think BIG and crack OPEN to what is possible!

Session Five - Action Planning
After setting your vision and establishing your strategy, you will move on to this next step. You'll want to prioritize the strides that need to be taken and break them down into manageable tasks. This will help you stay on track and ensure that you are making the progress you need to achieve success.

Session Six - Follow-Up
Accountability is an essential part of the coaching process. It ensures that you are consistently taking action and staying on track with your goals. Having a plan in place will also help to ensure that you are making progress towards achieving your desired outcomes. You will report on your progress and we will create a long-term action plan for moving forward.
